  Very disappointed with a latte that was not full to the top of the smallest latte glass available and at just short of £3 daylight robbery. Very over priced menu and a shame as it is such a lovely environment.

  A really nice little tea shop in the middle of Hawkshead. We stopped here during a long walk to catch our breath and enjoy a cup of tea and a cake. Outdoor seating is available, with blankets thoughtfully placed on the chairs in case you feel a bit chilly, and inside the place doubles as a gift / craft shop. Lovely tea and cakes though, which fortified us for the next leg of our walk.

  Absolutely loved this little cafe/shop! After walking to Hawkshead on a particularly grey and rainy day, this cafe was a welcome sight for sore eyes (and feet). Delicious sandwiches which seemed reasonably priced to me and a great selection of cakes on offer along with the usual teas and coffees. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hawkshead.
